Ting Su is a filmmaker and archival photographer based between New York and Shenzhen. Through hybrid non-fiction forms and a tactile, sensitive perspective, her work investigates themes of migration, time, and queer identity. Her debut short, Daily Worker (2025), premiered in the Best Mini-Doc Competition at Big Sky and was later showcased at True/False, the Melbourne International Film Festival, and Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, among others. Her second short film, Your City (2026), is coming soon.
As a sound designer and composer, Su is interested in experimental sound works and composition. She likes playing with sonic perspectives and environmental soundscapes.
